Recently I have been doing some research on what fitness classes are in high demand based on what classes gyms are offering. Sweat Studio is hoping to open up another facility for Zumba, boot camp, and other fitness classes. The graphs below illustrate our findings based on data collected from five 24-Hour Fitness facilities and a Decathlon Club located in our general area. The graphs were also divided by three time periods to figure out what time classes should be scheduled.
Based on the graphs we surprisingly found that cycling was the most popular class. Body Pump, yoga, and zumba were always significantly popular as well.
